Yes. Eligibility depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. It is your responsibility to confirm that accessing the platform is lawful in your specific state or territory before opening or using an account.

We collect your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and any identity documents required for account verification. Payment method details such as your UPI VPA are handled by the payment processor and not stored on our servers.

Email [email protected] or raise an account support ticket. Include your registered mobile number or email in the request. We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and complete the action within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We share data only with payment processors such as UPI, Paytm and PhonePe who need it to complete transactions, and with regulatory or law-enforcement bodies when legally required. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

After account closure, we retain your data for the legally required retention period under applicable Indian law. Once that period lapses, personal data is securely deleted from our active systems. You may request confirmation of deletion via the legal email.
